☀️ Stoic Morning Minute: You Gotta Start Somewhere

The experts were once beginners

If you want to improve, be content to be thought foolish and stupid.

💭 Modern Translation

Brutal truth time: You're avoiding that new thing because you're afraid of looking like an idiot. We all do it. The people you admire most have all looked completely clueless at some point. They just didn't let it stop them. Nobody gets good at anything without first sucking at it. That's not pessimism – it's freedom.

⚡️ Your Move

Do something today where you might look stupid. Ask the "dumb" question in the meeting. Try the thing you've been putting off. Announce you're a beginner. The temporary discomfort of looking foolish lasts minutes. The growth lasts forever. (Plus, most people are too wrapped up in their own insecurities to even notice yours.)

Try something new this weekend,
